YERMAK

A high-end strategic approach to help organizations "ice break" the ambiguity of Strategy Deployment and the use of systematic development of 3 and 5-year plans utilizing tools such as; the "X" Matrix, Integration RACI and Hoshin Kanri methodology. Our group of experts will guide executives on the use of these tools and will develop a plan of attack to establish strategic goals, targets to improve and link them to integrative and tactical actions to move the organization towards operational excellence as well as financial goals.

WAYFINDER

Once clients understand the business value inherent in their processes and need facilitation for the problem statements identified at the event or perhaps the organization already have opportunities in need to be addressed with a cross-functional team; our experts will work with cross-functional teams of 8 to 12  to facilitate, lead and applied-teaching addressing quantifiable problem statements. The end goal is to identify and separate the critical few causes from the trivial many as well as helping the clients with the root cause analysis and the remediation action plan. We use the scientific method to teach-apply concepts such as Pareto analysis, Ishikawa, 5 Why's, brainstorming, inputs and outputs, hypothesis testing, etc.

WARDROOM

Navigate offers a variety of simulation workshops that teaches Lean and Six Sigma concepts in a real "Factory" environment. There are short simulations and complete one-day workshops addressing behavioral science linked to operational performance and capitalizing with a financial analysis for each step of improvement, creating the "aha" moment in participants. Students will be able to link the Lean Six Sigma concepts to their real-world scenarios.
